We had a wonderful Reunion!!!
Some things are worth waiting for... and this one was 20 years in the making!
The Brazil São Paulo North Mission had its 20 year reunion, and had the pleasure of reuniting many of its missionaries that served under President Christenson. The day included food, fun, social and spiritual activities for all.
The reunion started in the morning with a morning temple session. For lunch, we met at Shepherd's park for a picnic lunch with music and games for the kids. In the evening, the main reunion dinner started with the reacquaintence of old friends during the socializing hour, a great dinner, slide shows of our missionary days, speeches by President and Sister Christenson, a special musical presentation, and entertainment by an illusionist.

Os Ceifeiros,
We are grateful to everyone that attended the Reunion activities. It was a very memorable day/evening for everyone involved. What a blessing to have spent time renewing friendships with each other and President & Sister Christenson! Que joia!
As follow up we are putting together a CD that will contain pictures from our mission days, 1981-1983 (slide show at the dinner), the reunion picinic and dinner, and a picture of each person/couple that attended the dinner.
Send all pictures ASAP to kirk@mbspn.org -- by Oct 13, 2003.
Any one, including those who were unable to attend the reunion, interested in obtaining a copy of these pictures can send $5 to Lance Gardner -- by October 17th and we will make you a copy (we have 31 who have already paid). There are some fun pictures and fond memories!
